Updates...
Gabby is now almost five months! I have been so busy and tired with getting back to work I have not updates as I should..Sorry! Gabby is growing so fast. We took her for her 4 month check up and she weighed in at 11 pounds 13 ounces! She was 24 and 3/4 inches long! She is still long and lean! She is drooling up a storm still.
She is really grabbing at everything now and will turn her head when you call her name. All she wants to do these days is stand up and look around. One of her new things which started about two weeks ago is fake coughing to get our attention. I am not sure she will ever be an actress with this fake cough. It is so fake it is bad!!! We can't help but laugh every time we hear it.
She is also really holding onto her toys now and grabbing. She loves to grab for our faces. I just love that. I don't love it when she pulls my hair but it is so loving. She is still sleeping in her room and is doing really really well. Last Friday, April 9th Gabby slept for 11 hours! Yes, we we didn't know what to do with ourselves. We kept staring at her and checking on her we couldn't believe she was still sleeping! She has continued all week with sleeping 9-11 hours. Oh it is so wonderful. I tell you I feel even more tired now that she is sleeping more. I find I am still checking the monitor several times through out the night to make sure she is okay.
On Wednesday she discovered her feet for the first time. She was just laying on the couch and found her foot and held on. Too cute! We were given a bouncy chair that you hang from the door way and we put her in there over the weekend. She kind of didn't really get it. We put her in there last night and again right now and she is figuring it out. I think she is gonna really enjoy roller coasters! She still isn't rolling all the way over but will roll to her side. We have been doing more tummy time and it is just hit or miss if she screams or not. She has gotten a lot better with being able to support her head and and kind of push herself up. Her hands and feet still always move at one hundred miles an hour.
She is smiling all the time and still talking a lot. Almost every time she talks she gets the hiccups. She laughs sometimes, really it is kind of a shriek but we love it regardless. She has officially been moved up to size two diapers. Even though she can still fit in most of her newborn clothes! I tell you half of her 0-3 months clothes are still too big and all her 3 months clothes are for sure too big. We feed her formula at night and I think this has changed her bowl movements so instead of going all the time like she was a month ago, now she only goes once a day or once every other day and is having blow outs all the time. Crazy!
She is still happy go lucky all the time and loves her daddy! Jason is still doing great getting her up and to daycare everyday. We are still taking her everywhere we go. She does really well everywhere. We are so thankful for that!
For some reason the site is not letting put up more pictures right now, so I will when I can. She is so cute and her eyes are still blue!!!

April 3rd
AJ is so cute and just wants me to take his picture so he can see it. He wore his white t shirt to lunch to be just like Uncle Jason. The white outfit Gabby has on is what she came home from the hospital in. It only took three months for it tto finally fit her! Gabby was enjoying her last day at Uncle George and Aunt Colleen's house. Uncle George was drying Gabby off after Aunt Colleen gave Gabby her first shower! Shannon was busy helping me pack..really she was just wanting to try on all of Gabby's stuff. She is so cute in Gabby's sunglasses. And there is clearly no doubt that Shannon is a Winckler. Can you see her resemblance to her dad? Ha!!
More Chicago trip pictures.April 1 and 2nd
Gabby got to meet my childhood babysitter Mrs. Geary while we were in Illinois. She got to hang out everyday with her cousins, Catiltin and Shannon. Cailtin just loved holding Gabby and Gabby was just in love with her. I got to hang out with Carly, Carrie, and Gabby while everyone else was shopping at Bass Pro. While we were home Gabby found her thumb. She has been struggling with getting her thumb in her mouth. She would get her knuckle in her mouth and get frustrated Winckler style!
