More baptism

Gabby's Baptism 3. 29.08

Her dress is from the Mahoney family and the cape and hat she wore are from the Ruzicka side of the family. I promise she is in there under all these beautiful layers! Naturally our non fussy baby cried almost the whole baptism. She didn't much care for the water on her head either. After that she slept. Of course.

Updates..

Sorry it has been a month since I have updated the blog. In the meantime, Gabby has had her first airplane ride to Chicago, meet the Winckler family, got baptized, pooped so much it was in her hair, started grabbing for things, started daycare, started talking, had her first road trip to Florida, put her feet in the ocean, met her great grandpa along with all of Jason's family and officially slept in her own bed for the first time all night last night!
Not to mention she has I swear double in length and size. We weighed her last week and she weighed in at 12.5 pounds! Not sure how long she is exactly but longer the 24 inches for sure. We go to the doctor next week so more stats to come. She is smiling all the time now and while doing tummy time will push herself up a little these days. She is enjoying the bumbo more and more as she is really doing great in the past two weeks with holding up her head. She is also trying to stand all the time. She is just getting so strong. And, I swear I am not even putting her through any workouts yet.
She has still not outgrown most of her newborn clothes. She is too long for most things that have feet but still to skinny for most other outfits. What can I say...
I am back at work three days a week and two days just in the morning. She goes to daycare all day on Monday and Wednesday and just half days on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Jason is super dad getting her up every morning, feeding her, dressing her and getting them both to daycare and work on time if not early. On Monday and Wednesdays he also feeds her before I get home. They have had lots of great bonding time. He can get her to talk up a storm. Seems that she will talk for men more then us ladies. Go figure. She is my daughter.
She seems to have allergies too. The pollen gets so bad here in Atlanta that everything is yellow. They say that anything over 130 is high pollen. Well, the pollen has been around 3500 the past few weeks. I think we are doing better so far this week. So, she has been really congested with a stuffy little nose and sneezing a lot but no fever. We are just putting saline drops in her nose and keeping her inside. And bathing her every night to keep as much pollen out of her face and eyes as we can.
She is as always such a joy!!!
